Lack of a question details box

Hi-Ed- here's another user who says they don't get an Question Details box. Will the planned solution for tackling blank question details also tackle the problem of the box not being visible for some users?

Hey Factor.
I've actually had a go with what we've got planned - it should make it very hard indeed to post a question with a title only.
I will talk to the techies to see if there is anything we can do to make the process completely foolproof.
There will be a testing period after the launch and you can let us know if we've "done good" by this issue.
