Why do yoga positions translate so badly...

I was trying to hold 'the downward facing dog' position last night and i thought that's not exercise its an invitation
Some are fine... what's the proper name for this so I dont get an unpleasant surprise one day

Is there an approved NHS List of what to eat when starting a yeast free (not to be confused with Candida/Yeast Infection) and dairy free diet?

Heading home soon, I will try to find out what the person who treated me's qualifications were so you will know what to look for....not sure if she's still practising though... and I know I didn't keep the receipts it was a long time back...
