what is the zi zag warniung light on a renault megane?

Our R reg renault megane scenic (auto) has a yellow light on the dash that looks like a lightning streak - yellow zig zag.


It has only just started to come on and the car seems sluggish, can anybody tell me what the light represenrts please?

sounds like the EMS (engine management system) warning light, probably just needs tuning, but to have the light reset you may need to go to your main dealer
