darn I wanted to see the rest of the US series and I saw the Brice Forsythe ad earlier, he'll be very good cos he's a very normal guy and probably has alot of London ancestors which shold be interesting, his birth name is supposed to be Bruce Joseph Forsythe - Johnson and so I wonder if he finds out something he didn't know cos I can only find a Bruce J Johnson regsitered in Edmonton in 1928, it says the mother was Pocknell, wonder if i have the right one.
Just found Bruce's mother on the 1901 census but can't find her father on the 1871 where he should be BUT there are two small children in Edmonton Infant establishment called Pocknell, strange.
Won't spoil the surprise in case you don't want to know but the Daily Mail today has an article on Bruce's episode.
I quite enjoyed the Susan Sarandon story but I thought they could have researched the Kahn guy a bit more. If her gran met him through her clubland activities that might have shed more light on that part of her life.
He was a coastguard and met her in one of the clubs. She knocked 6 years off her age! I hope we get to see the other US episodes - why have they not shown the men? Matthew Broderick, Emmett Smith & Spike Lee?
