redman, you could get one of those prepaid 'credit' cards. You load it with the amount you want, and that is all you can spend, until you add more funds.
I've been buying off the internet for years with no problem, though. Remember you get far more rights when buying online than from a shop.

Snags, that is probably THE worst UB40 tune ever!
Any cover versions they did except for 'Breakfast In Bed' should be wiped from the face of the earth. I have been a reggae fan since childhood and the songs they covered were much better by the original artists.

By the way... I have every UB40 album up until Ali left the band.
