Free domain names online?

Does anyone know of a website where i can create a FREE email domain name without a website attatched.

I'm not looking for anyhting cheap. I'm looking for something FREE.

Also suggestions on free domain email sites where you have to choose from a list of subject related domain names, i.e. "tv, sports" related etc..

No such thing as a free domain as far as I know. If you want a domain you need to pay for the registration, the DNS management, the web hosting, the email hosting / forwarding.
