Have any of you ever had an Idea or have one currently that could've made you money or could right now? What is the best way forward if you are low on cash but have a revolutionary Idea?

Flobadob there are many, but they will steal your ideas! looks like I have a race against time to save money and get a patent!
Are you saying that companies exist which portray their business as helping entrepreneurs but who actually steal the ideas leaving the entrepreneur with nothing?
Business Startup people are in the phone book, there are people who advise those wwanting to start up on their own, your local chamber of commerce is a good place to start
Crazylegs, - I'm afraid the old saying "you've got to speculate to Accumilate" comes in here. You'll have to go to the bank and ask the manager for a wad. He'll want to know what its for....... you'll tell him, then he'll nick your idea. (if its that good) thats how it goes I'm afraid.
BUT I do wish you luck.
Actually I've just looked through the interview I did with Trevor Baylis and he is a great champion of protecting and developing ideas. He set up Trevor Baylis Brands - http://www.trevorbaylisbrands.com/ - to help those with great ideas. There is a lot of advice to be had from here and he has a couple of patent attorneys working for him to protect ideas.

On the down side he also says that about 90% of the ideas people approach him with have already been thought up. Having said that his organisation had helped about 4600 people with their ideas when I interviewed him about two years ago.

Anyway, good luck.
