Any tips, does anyone else barbecue on one of these and is it successful?
prev I am cooking fillets and a milk pudding. The chicken requires 190 celsius and the pudding 150 celsius. What do I do?

Yes came with cooking rack and utensils

my only experiment was shoving some spuds in the bottom to bake, that worked quite well. I assume you stick a grill on the top and hot smoke things???

Ours was always too hot and burnt everything!

Ditto Chazza. Good for toasting marshmallows, but a BBQ is a million times better for what you wish to achieve.
