Motorola EM330 - Voice recorder??

I have searched on the internet and there is supposedly a voice recorder on this phone but i can't seem to find it at all! Any help??? Its really starting to annoy me now. If it turns out that there isn't a recorder, is there any way to set a sound sent via bluetooth as a ringtone as it is not allowing me to set it.

I don't have one but I've checked out the online user guide and FAQ and it doesn't look like there is a voice recorder or the ability to set custom ringtones.
