does anyone have a recipe for lemon sauce with sesmae seeds. I used to buy it from the supermarket, but the don't sell it any more. Many thanks!

toast a tablespoon of sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until they start to 'pop' and smell toasty, remove from heat and put to one side(tip them out of the pan or they might burn)

Take the zest and juice of two unwaxed lemons and add to a saucepan with half a tablespoon of corn oil or sesame oil if you prefer a stronger sesame flavour and a level tablespoon of cornflour and mix really well until smooth, slowly add half a pint of water and heat gently add sugar/sweetener to taste then stir in the sesame seeds... add more water a little at a time until you get the right consistency either thick coating or thinner pouring
