zafira electric windows

The two front electric windows on my Zafira have stopped working, i checked the fuse under the dashboard and it was not broken, i don't think the problem is related to the motors that open and close the windows because both stopped working at the same time and prior to this there wasn't any problem with either of them, has anyone got any idea what could be causing the problem?

Hi, with the IGN off, take out & clean the connecting pins on the fuse contacts, again check your fuse + amp, replace with the Ign OFF & try.
