Now that England are out, are we still enthusiastic enough to do the Fantasy Football ?

With England, and Switzerland, and Italy ALL out ! ...

... I have no interest in the World Cup whatsoever.

JJ, to be honest, I didn't in the first place. If England had played sparkling football, I would have watched, but I hear it just wasn't worth it - especially on such a lovely afternoon. I do hope we do well in all things, but as was pointed out yesterday, England won a cricket tournament yesterday, hardly anyone's mentioned that in all the football hooha.

I'd gone with some friends to watch their daughter do athletics.

One of the dads had the match on a portable radio.

It was supposed to be a really jolly atmosphere ... sitting in the sun, watching the athletics, and listening to England beating Germany.

Well, the sun and the athletics were still good.

So what was the cricket ?
