SPAMS from my Email addy

If anyone received an EMail from my Email addy yesterday it was a spam and I had no knowledge of it at all.

It was for a Live Health Club.

Sorry having to post here but I had so many EMail addys and a lot are/were from online peeps I just wanted to make it clear.

Bleeding nuisance they are !!

Upside I got a lovely EMail contact from someone I only see briefly on here -every cloud etc etc....

How often do you press ctrl5 ?

Would it be racist

Its is boxy as my 'sensible' addy has been spammed as well-for viagra of all things.Its either funny or embarrasing depending on who received it -Mum wasnt one of the funny ones although bless her she said she didnt click on the link.

Ive had a massive delete of contacts today as i generally have ways and means of getting in touch anyway.

This one looks plausible thats why I posted -aarrgghh !!

I had one too, it just said 'did you get my invite' with a picture of an apple, you can delete my email now I think,.

Ive been through them all Dot and deleted almost everyone -its surprising how many you have without even realising.Some I had no clue who they were hence posting on here as it was their real names.

Like I said theres ways and means to contact everyone now without having to use EMail.in general.

Phew pasta -I have chased my tail today -I havent deleted you as i thought you would know it was a spam but it did seem realistic until you clicked then it was obvious I wouldnt be so daft as to join anything like that.
How ya doing hun -long time no catch up -ive been mega busy -off a week tomorrow for a fortnight so its like organising going away like forever what with the cat and all that.
However 2wks at home in the sun will do me good -cant wait !!
Now off to try and download a CD to this lappy to print the travel vouchers off aarrgghh

I googled it as a matter of interest and it is a current spam.
I went into my spam box and there was one from an EMail addy which I didnt recognise ( I know now who it is) and I just immediately sent to to spam so even rejecting it is sufficient so watch out everyone if you received it- it will have your details and will go forth and multiply...........
