Potted shrimps with brown bread and butter

Roasted Tomato and Basil Soup with choice of roll

Mains:
Sautee of lamb's liver and onions, with crispy bacon rolls, creamy mashed potatoes, wilted spinach and onion gravy
OR
Southern style 'baked' chicken - healthier than southern fried, Chicken pieces marinated in buttermilk to add succulence and tenderise, then dipped in a coating with herbs and spices, baked, served with potato salad and homemade coleslaw, or new potatoes, side salad
OR
Somerset Pork medallions - slices of pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon and sage leaves, served with a fruity apple and Somerset cider sauce, salad or peas, choice of potatoes

Puds:
Mocha mousse cake - rich chocolate cake with a coffee mousse centre
OR
flaky pastry 'custard slice' with fresh raspberries in the custard
OR
Strawberry cheesecake

14 cheeses, crackers, grapes and celery

Coffee/liqueur coffee

White and rose chilling, red breathing also beers and ciders

(cheese wise we've run out of Sparkenhoe Red Leicester, sage Derby and Cornish Brie (used for starters)

I love the sound of Brie in a box so I shall have that to start, then the mushroom main from the other thread, and finish with the Mocha mousse cake which sounds divine, thank you mercia :0) x
