in news has got me thinking. Years ago when I had my own business I used to see an old chap walking his dog everyday. He was a nice chap and we used to pass the time of day. His dog died and I would see him less often. Then I heard from a neighbour of his (who considered herself to be a Christian) that he had died but had no family. I went to his funeral taking some flowers. It turned out he was a retired grave digger at the same cemetry. I sat through his funeral service in the sole company of the undertaker and no-one else. Makes you think.

Oh poor you Jan - couldn't you do with some better luck. You must be very special people to cope with all this being heaped on you together. You make my problems sound negligible in comparison. I am so grateful all my treatment is straight forward and has not been subjected to delays. My heart goes out to you both.
Thanks ttfn. Good job we both have a sense of humour and have each other. Will say night now as very tired. Don't stay up too late. Night love. xx
