unlock a nokia 6280 on vodafone???

Hey there, i am in ireland and i have just bought a nokia 6280 from the u.k, it is asking for a restriction code when i switch it on as my sim is vodafone ireland, if anyone knows the vodafone u.k restriction code i would be VERY grateful to recieve it!!!vodafone ireland informed me that if i knew someone in the u.k who was a vodafone uk customer i could ask them to call up vodafone and ask for the code and they will give it to them, unfortunatly i know nobody in the uk! i tried calling vodafone uk myself but they would not give it to me as i am not theyr customer :0( if anyone can help- please please please do!!!
