Freesat Dish Alighnment

After replacing a Sky Box with Freesat some channels are missing. I spoke to the manufacture and they said the dish needs moving which sounds simple enough (it isnt) The new set top box is picking up Network ID 003b Transport Stream 07fd. The Transport Stream needs to be 090b. I have checked on the Net and followed various instructions which basically went over my head. Anyone out there got any advice.
