many years ago my mum made honeycomb suprise and it was made with carnation milk and gelatin and egg whites and was a very popular dish back in the day.

Unfortunately man years have passed and the recipe is long gone and long forgotten.

honeycomb suprise is also known as honeycomb mould..... any recipes for either would be fab! xx
here's Delia's made with fresh milk http://www.telegraph....-honeycomb-mould.html
If you take a jelly and make it up with less boiling water and less cold water you can replace the liquid with chilled evap which has been whisked. When the jelly is on the point of setting whisk in the evap. My mum used to make it and she called it fluff. Obviously a technical term
