Robert Fleming was taken over about 5 years ago by Chase Mannhattan who in turn merged with JP Morgan, so you will find all the fund management side of the business is called JP Morgan Fleming. I think the banking side somehow ended up in the hands of Abbey National, which is now parto of Banc Santander........
