I have a pair of white Converse Boots. I bought them for hubby but he says white is impractical and they'd just get dirty too quickly. So I'd like to dye them if I could, but I wondered what would happen to the fabric (will the canvas take a dye) and also to the rubber bits. Has anyone tried this. The boots are new and cost a lot, but the seller doesn't take returns. So it's either try to resell or try to dye. Any info would be gratefully received. Thank you.
