I live in the United States and have some packages to send to British troops. My Post Office will not accept the address BFPO 645. Do I put the country name as Irak or Kuwait (my initial contact was in Kuwait)Any way to get free postage on packages from here to BFPO?

I have a feeling they have withdrawn the free postage for parcels. The 'bluey' service is free but parcels and packages are charged for.
