Good Morning ABers,
I am hoping one of you techie guys or gals can help me out here. I have been given a 3 gig music file that contains some of my fave music but for the life of me i cannot get it to add to my ITunes library, I also cant seem to be able to convert it to MP3 or windows media player, they play great on my lappy but i would love to have them on my IPod. The files are in Real Audio/Real Video format and also include a folder saying HTS cach. I am currently using Windows XP and have the latest ITunes update. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers.

I would suggest that you convert the RA files to MP3 (or something else) by using "Format Factory" from http://www.pcfreetime.com/.
It is a very useful program for both Audio and Video.
