whacky baccy sweets?

does anyone remember a sweet from the eighties called whacky baccy? they actually looked like cannabis rollies, and had odd names like 'fizzed out cola' and 'mashed melon'. Do you know a website where i can find pictures of these sweets as some think im mad and that they were not real!? TIA

im starting to think your right but i can remember them so distinctly, and it was a time before i knew what cannabis was. i mustve been about four or five so it wouldve been early eighties '82 or '83.
I don't remember that, but I do remember the chewing tobacco aimed at kids called skol bandits. Was that a similar thing?
Remember spanish gold looked like tobacco but tasted like coconut
Skoal Bandits were never aimed at kids. That was real chewing tobacco in bags subject to the same selling restrictions as cigarettes.

It was banned in the UK as it caused horrendous mouth cancers.

There was Spanish Gold and Sweet Tobacco, which were candy 'tobacco' aimed at young children.

neither of those im affraid im posting this on every answer site i can think of but answerbank is my best hope it never lets me down. I may have to re-post monday to catch some regulars at their desks lol.
