NHS
We will fight for a fair deal for those needing health care by opposing cuts, closures and privatisation and by demanding a full programme of locally accessible services.

In particular, we will maintain the principle of a free NHS by implementing in England and Wales the scheme that provides free social care to the elderly in Scotland.

We believe in keeping the health service free – we would abolish prescription charges, re-introduce free eye tests and ensure NHS chiropody is widely available.

We will also fight to restore free dental care and provide everyone with the choice of an NHS dentist.

Incapacity
"The Green Party utterly opposes the government approach of settingtargets for the reduction of Incapacity Benefit claimants. With theDepartment of Work and Pensions itself acknowledging that less than0.5% of claimants are fraudulent, forcing vulnerable people back to workbefore they are ready could lead to disaster. People who are unable towork, whether through physical or mental illness, deserve the support ofsociety and government, not coercion." (1)

The Green Party today gained their first ever Parliamentary seat in Brighton. I rather like Caroline Lucas but as they will never form a Government in my lifetime it's best to question the Tories or Labour regarding your queries emma-llew.....

emma - I don't know the complete answer and if I did it would be difficult to explain here as it's a lot of info and I'm not entirely sure what you're looking for.
Try googling for the party manifestos. bear in mind though, that parties say things to get votes and don't always follow it up with action!!
