It was, as I had hoped & prayed, a benign lymph node. Due most likely to her severe prolonged bout of infective eczema this winter making her lymph glands swell & react. Phew! She was cool about it - when we came out of the waiting room & she went back to work, I cried in the car.... daft mare.
anyhow - thanks to you all for your advice, sqad you were right xx

Whoops - sorry sqadlet, didn't see you reading!

I meant to write that "of course sqad is very good at just about everything....!"
That's really good news salla, can understand your relief as have been through something rather similar myself. x

Funny thing is yoga, breast cancer for myself is not my worst fear. I would be far more petrified at the thought of a brain tumour or something affecting my brain.
Yes, you're right. Too involved to go into on here but I myself have actually had (it turned out) ductal carcinoma of breast and they thought it was aggressive cancer and acted accordingly with lots of lymph glands being removed. This was 10 years ago but now having heard of a couple of young people with brain tumours it is a frightening prospect.
Does madness count salla ?
Question Author
