I have mistakenly deleted some emails that I still need- what a fool I am!
Is there anyway that I can get them back?

Have a look in deleted items

They might still be there in the 'bin' or 'deleted' folder.

If they are in the deleted folder you can then move them back to the in box.

No I have emptied the deleted items folder.

And how important is it tto get them back?

I am on Orange Broadband.

I did exactly the same thing yesterday Zubar, and with little help from my AB friends I managed to reinstate them. I have o2 and went into the files clicked on 'trash' and reinstated them.

how do read your email, is it via a web site or a program on your computer?
