Chris more help needed

Yesterday you helped me with copying text to my computer. Today very different. I changed ISP to sky. With sky, email comes through sky not outlook express. When I try to send mail via outlook it wants incoming and outgoing server address. So I'm stuck again. Help would be appreciated.
