Hotmail has gone AWOL......

Is anyone else having problems? On both my own Hotmail account, and on the MSN Hotmail site, there are messages that it is currently unavailable. This happened earlier in the week also....but seems to be lasting longer today.
prev Help my internet is not working properly and I keep getting messsges.
