In Word 2007 (stupid version!) where is that inserty field kind of thing.

You know ...

You have a blank space. Next time you open the document, it asks you what you want to go in the space, and then inserts it for you.

I can't find it in Word 2007.

In fact, I can never find ANYTHING in Word 2007 !!

have you tried Help....it has lots under Field insert; ie FormCheckbox, FormDropdown, FormText....

Erm ... where is "Help" ?

JJ, in the 'Home' tab on the last square to your top right there is a pair of binocular, 'Help' is written next to it, click on that for help.
