The clue is "Charity Bazaar" and the grid resolves into the letters Q L S E.

I don't understand the clue (or the solution for that matter) - can anyone shed any light for me?

The 'Q' could be an 'a' in which case the letters spell 'sale'.

It's the only answer I can work out.
It's 'Jumble Sale' i.e. the letters form the word sale and they are jumbled. Took me a little while to realise, not one of their more obvious ones!

Thank you both.

I'm intrigued as to how I thought I had a "Q" instead of an "A" now - but I've already posted it, so it's too late to check.
