Can anybody tell me how to send a copy of an envelope and letter by email. I know it can be done by fax but did not know you can email - is this possible.

Not sure exactly what you mean but presumably you can scan them , save the images and send these as attachments in an email. (Assuming, of course, you have a scanner.)

thanks chrisrob - i dont have a scanner but you are right - that would be the correct way of doing it - bye
Or photograph them, if your camera is good enough. Send the saved images and send as attachments.

Your local library will have scanning facilities

thanks ethel - never thought of library but i will be able to fax if i need to in my local credit union where i work
This could be done through internet faxing. The envelope image is the cover page of the fax, and the letter is the fax. Check here http://www.ringcentral.com/fax/emailfax.html.
