Bargain Hunt theme tune

Does anyone know what it's called?

I have been informed that it's a piece of production library music, but I've got no idea who wrote it or indeed what it's called.

Name of piece, composer and library that it's available on (if possible) would be most appreciated.

I've been told by the Bargain Hunt office at the BBC that the tune played over the credits at the end of daytime Bargain Hunt is "Horny Baby" composed by Dust Devil. However it was specially recorded and not commercially available. I think the hunt ends there!
