A freind has just been told from the Headteacher at the School she works at as a LunchTime Organiser and a Cleaner, to go home as she believes her to be under in infulence of Alchol, this is not true by the way.

But for some time, whilst doing the cleaner's job 2 women, mainly the supervisor (1 woman is her sister and other a close friend of hers) has been suggesting / trying at great lengths to get my freind to go on the sick (basically so her daughter can have a full time job as she did same thing for her sister and worked)

What should she do now......

She has not been told if to go work this evening .....

Thank's for your time reading and any advice is greatly appricated

Probably too late to be of use, but..
She should report for work as normal and see what happens.
Employers who send people home are suspending them. If that is all she was told - no timescale no nothing, that's pretty poor. Suspended employees should be paid. Since she was given no timescale she should assume it was just for that shift - then see what action they the HM proposes to take. Suspension is a valid course of action whilst an alleged incident is investigated.
