Developing Country

I'm about to start my final year of my degree in computer networking and business management, I have had a dream for a while that I would like to take my knowledge when I have finished my course to a developing country but honestly have no idea where to start... has anyone had any experience with this or can point me in a direction so I can get some reading up done... thanks for anyhelp...
