I am trying to find a track made a few years ago now, it was a soft rock american track called rockabye, the vacalist sounded like jack nicholson! I think it was a mior hit.

To clarify the answer by iwbus - the song "Lullaby" contains the refrain 'Rockabye' throughout. Here are the lyrics
