Has anyone heard of this ? Apparently you can buy it for a year, and play at various golf clubs at a reduced rate in Surrey. Is there a link anywhere ?

There is also the "Open Fairways" card. Looks like a similar thing.
I generally book tee times on-line through TeeTimes or TeeOffTimes. Very good discounts off standard green fees.

I know when I lived in Durham, you could join the Durham County golf association.
This let you play at all participating clubs in Durham at very low prices.
