Turkey legs ( I know you were'nt expecting to hear of these till christmas lol )

I've brought some as they're a great source of protein and I'm wondering can these be steamed, And whats your favourite way to have these?

I like them roast in the oven

Boxtops I'm a little pushed for time and want to cook some tonight rom frozen for tomorrow and figured steaming was the quickest way.
It would take a very long time to steam a frozen turkey leg.

I've had them cut into pieces by the butcher hc4361, In hindsite maybe I should've dethawed them earlier.
I thought you meant a whole turkey leg. Should be okay to steam them, but if you have a microwave defrost them first.

Cheers hc, But now I've decided to do chicken breasts which have now all solified into one huge unbreakable lump!
