Redundancy

I went through the redundancy process with my company less than a year ago, but was lucky enough not to be made redundant.

More redundancies are being made at the moment - is my company within legal rights to put me through the process again - i.e., within 1 year - and start consultations with me?

Any help appreciated.

surely if the post is redundant then it is redundant regardless of what has happened either in the recent or far past?
Too true, bednobs.
And, sadly, even if you survive this latest round I think it's pretty likely you'll be in another round next year. Eventually you'll have had enough and will be hoping you are given redundancy
I was wondering whether you'd heard any news about redundancies again.
