The optimum resolution for my new monitor is 1366x768 . I use Windows XP Professional. Maximum resolution in display settings is 1280x768. How do I update driver so I can have optimum resolution. Have been on Windows site but am more confused than ever.

Have been told by shop that Microsoft will automatically update because of a new device but this does not appear to have occurred.

Hope someone can put me out of my misery.

Don't know, where do I find that info please.
Device manager or display properties.
