Should someone who lives in Belize in South America for tax reasons be allowed to bankroll a British Political Party, and finance candidates in targeted marginal seats?

Political donations can only be made by people on the electoral register or a trading British company. Should £5million in political donations from someone who is merely “a long-term resident” be returned by the political party in question?

Should the politicians who have assured us that this man was paying millions in tax, apologise for lying to us for 10 years?
