Does anyone one know if we will have to bring a baby seat on the plane from the UK, for use in a Taxi during our transfer from the Airport ?

I'm sure I've seen some coming round on the luggage carosel before, they would be to bulky to keep with you on the plane though

if the child is under two you have to have them on your lap on the plane. I have been abroad recently, my daughter is two now, and my daughter just sat on a normal seat fine. Although i have seen other people with seats on board. Maybe you could contact the airline and ask them for advice. As for the transfer the other end im not sure, maybe you could contact the travel agent and see what they advise? hope this helps

We travelled abroad with friends who took their child's car seat with them for use in a hire car.  The airline put it in the hold along with the pushchair.  I wouldn't presume that taxis have child seats so advise taking your own.
