my husband had kicked me out and we have been separated for over nine weeks now and we have a little one and he is only 10 weeks.
my problem is that my husband hasnt seen him for nine weeks not that i have stopped him, its because he himself has refused to come. i stayed at my mums house and waited three weeks for him to come but he didnt and he just lived round the corner. after waiting i went to london to stay at my grans because i was getting depression. There i contacted him but he said he didnt want to take responsibility and didnt contact me. i stayed there for 6-7 weeks. whilst i was there my mum recieved a letter from the solicitors saying that i had refused him to see his son and that he wants to take the baby every saturday 11-2pm. i came back last week. now i dont want him to take baby to his house because i dont trust him and he has anger issues. he only wants to take him so he can show baby to his family..
he isnt really interested in baby, if he was really bothered he would have gave me some sort of maintenance for baby as i was skint and had no benefits on my name. he had also taken babys 500 surestart maternity grant and when i asked for it he said no. and he would have made some efforts to come to an agreement to see baby or to take us back home but he didnt and never made any attempts for a reconcilliation or showed any interest in baby.
however i dont want to deny him seeing his son..
are there any other ways he can see him but not take him home as i dont want baby to be on his own without me??

I don't know anything more than what we've posted, don't know anyone who could contact her. I was going to write a post FAO yummy_mummy but thought if she's on here she's bound to visit this thread.
It's very worrying so I'm just going to keep checking for her on here.

awww bless dont worry im fine just been so busy with everything that ive not had a chance to come back.
well let me update u on whats happened....
my health visitor put me forward to wish centre and there i saw someone and i told her everything and it helped me alot and she got me through to one of their solicitors and i told her basically everything and she got me to also write out my will just incase anything does happen to me and baby does not end up with his dad and we also came up with a way to get him to the centres... basically we have said that we dont want him to take the baby to his house as he has an anger problem and that he used to deal and use drugs. however my solicitor by accident wrote that he still does drugs which isnt true so when his solicitor gets back to mine she'll let them know it was a misprint.
so anyways my solicitor wrote that he can come to my mums house and see baby there and i wont be there- to which he's obviously going to say no (which will make him look as though he aint really bothered coz if you love your child youll see them anywhere), so then when he says no to that then we coming up with the meeting centres. and fingers crossed he'll agree....not that hes got any other options hehehe.

so anyway check this out he said hes 'anxious to see the baby' yet yesterday he saw me for the first time we split and i was pushing the pram on my own and he was in his car driving up the street and he saw me and baby yet he didnt even stop! which goes to show he aint anxious at all and it makes me angry that he's going through all of this and he really isnt bothered. because if he really cared he would have stopped me to see his baby but he didnt (stuck up idiot). and today out of the blue he texted me saying 'somebodys having fun without me' and you dont know how much i laughed. this guy is so messed up in the head, on one hand he said its over i dont care what you do or get up to and on the other hes telling me that im having fun without him just because one of his sister inlaws sister saw me at the bowling alley. lol and he soooooo insecure that he carried on saying 'did you find anybody on valentines day' as i went on sunday. am i missing something?.... because i really thought it was over. and the funny thing is he didnt complain about the fact that my solicitor wrote that hes doing drugs or that he has to come to my mums house....no.... what got him was that im enjoying myself and not crying like him as he also said 'i dont know why ive been holding back for'. i didnt tell him to not have fun. i swear this guy is crazy! lol wierdo i bet u he was hoping im going to walk back through thedoor and ask for his forgiveness. the only time im going is with the police to get my things. i told my solicitor that i want my things and she wrote that down and its been two weeks and they havent replied to given me my things back. so come monday im going to book and appointment to take the police. so anyways plz dont worry im fine... im really enjoying myself and my INDEPENDENCE and ive got my family and friends support and ive applied for a place hopefully should get that and now looking for a job, with time ill get over him and i cant wait.

Thanks for letting us know you're oki yummy_mummy, we were worried!
Good to know that you and baby are ok and you now have the help you need. I'm really glad you are getting on and enjoying life without that idiot. The fact he's kicking up about it means you're doing well for yourself!
Aww for baby having chickenpox, but it's better to get it out the way when they're young.
Let us know how it's all going and best wishes to you and baby xx
