Well, 'bifta' is urban slang for a spliff or even just an ordinary cigarette. I guess the 'full' one is an especially effective smoke!

The latest edition of Chambers Dictionary offers bifter or biftah and gives exactly the same definition as the first one I gave above about three years ago!
