Dent pullers - Are they any good?

Got a couple of small dents in the front wing of my car - don't know how they got there - possibly someone pushing their shopping trolley into it as they seem to be about that height

I have seen these suction pad type dent pullers in the Betterware/Kleeneze books and wondered if they are as good or as easy or as effective as they claim.

Any thoughts!

If the panel is creased .. even slightly, you will not restore it perfectly .. Dentmaster (or similar service) can do it (they are good at it) so long as they can get to the back of the panel and see the dent at same time. Advanced guys can use a mirror.
If the panel is NOT creased, you stand a good chance.
