Fybogel really works but it might take a couple of days to kick in.  Also drinking lots of water helps.  You could also try bicarb of soda mixed with water about a tbsp, its horrible but does work.

I forgot all about Fybogel K99! I used to get that on prescription some years ago - it is very good.
