call me cynical but her husband whos she separated from is a solicitor in Derby!, stinks of a scam, with his knowledge of the law and systems hes probably engineered it so he now has a nice weekend home in London with his family and kids.

This is a slap in the face for every hard working person in this country who pays their tax.
Of course it is the fault of the council and government for letting people abuse the system like this.
It should be very easy to find out who is getting the MOST benefits and target them, finding a way to reduce what they are paid.

God this makes my blood boil - I have been trying for a few months to get a sitter from social services to sit with my Mum who has dementia, for 3 hours a week while my Dad has a break and goes grocery shopping. They have been refused.
I have even offered to pay for the service, and are still waiting for social services to come back to me.
I wonder how true this is, that the woman is separated from your solicitor husband - could be a scam.

How did I know she was a foreigner, before I scrolled down to her picture.
My heart goes out to DEN53, and there are others in the same sorrowful situation.
One of many questions we must ask is, why doesn't she get any payments from her husband?
Others are hounded to the ends of the land by the CSA, why not him?

kids have 1 of 2 surnames, Neither of which is hers. Wheres the other dad in this?
and who says shes entitled to a 5 bed house? She has 6 kids, some of which are able to share.
The £15,000 a year in other benefits is a bit misleading as all parents receive child benefit and it seems that £15k is almost entirely made up of that.
Sadly, whilst the goverment allow this sort of thing it will continue to happen.
