So when you enter a hospital ther are hand sanitising gel dispensers, so why don't supermarkets have them, the joker i followed in the supermarket today had his fingers up his ass

The staff will probably have them at their tills and possibly even in their pockets. It is up to customers to carry their own, I have a small bottle of sanitiser in my handbag at all times.
