no, it's the Emperor's New Clothes again - if it was on a Primark hangar you couldn't diss it quick enough. Fine on a young teen on the beach but other than that totally lacking in class/sophistication.

don't forget Katie makes her money by being noticed - a smart little black number number wouldn't do that for her, so she has to dress like a clown in the daytime and a trollop at night.
