My daffodil shoots have all disappeared this year, leaving little round holes in the ground where they usually sprout ! Something must be eating them, but, the only thing I can find online are suggestions of rabbits or deer as culprits, and we have neither around here. Would anyone have any idea what little critter could have done this?
