After a good many faults on his phone my grandson was offered a payment for his phone if he accepted a new phone and 24 month contract. he doesnt like the new one and would like to change lt. the contract says no 14 day cooling off period. is this legal or can he change in the short time hes had it (so far one week). Any help appreciated

I wouldn't take a 2 year contract with the speed that technology is going, and they have to offer a 14 days cooling off period.
